The Roof: Rags to Riches

Sealy Warehouse Renovation Update: Roof Work and More Progress

Work continues to move full steam ahead at our future 144,000 sq. ft. facility in Sealy, Texas. As we aim for a Q4 2025 move-in, we’ve hit another milestone: roof renovations are now underway.

The original rusted roof panels have been fully resheeted and repainted, designed to work seamlessly with the newly installed gutter system. These improvements not only boost the building’s structural integrity but also ensure better drainage and protection for the interior.

We’ve also been addressing drainage and water management issues around the exterior of the building. Recent work includes excavation and water diversion efforts to protect the new foundation and slab from water intrusion.

Things are coming together quickly, and we’re excited to continue transforming this space to support our operations for years to come. Stay tuned as we move into the next phase of renovations and prepare for the final transition to Sealy.
