We’re excited to share a major update — we’ve officially signed the contract to purchase a new 140,000 square foot warehouse facility in Sealy, Texas! This expansion marks a significant milestone in the continued growth of Shelving Concepts.

Sealy is an ideal location for our next chapter. Just outside of Houston, it offers direct access to key shipping routes and a growing industrial base. This strategic move allows us to better serve customers across Texas and beyond with faster turnaround times, streamlined logistics, and greater inventory flexibility.
Designed for Warehouse Efficiency
Renovations are already underway to transform this facility into a purpose-built hub for manufacturing, storing, and distributing our warehouse shelving systems. We’re optimizing the layout for racking and shelving production, expanding our material storage areas, and investing in advanced fabrication, powder coating, and packaging lines.
