The Sealy project continues to move forward at a steady pace, and we’re excited to share the latest updates. From finishing up the drainage system to planting grass and adding landscaping, the site is starting to reflect the vision we set out to achieve.
One of the major milestones completed recently has been the drainage system. With this step finalized, the property is well-prepared to handle weather and seasonal changes, protecting the integrity of the buildings and surrounding areas. This advancement sets the stage for long-term functionality and sustainability.
Grass Planting Around Transfer Stations
Around the transfer stations, grass planting is now underway. Not only does this improve the appearance of the property, but it also helps stabilize the soil and support proper water flow. These improvements are part of creating a durable and attractive facility for years to come.
This step may seem small, but together with drainage, it demonstrates how carefully the project is being managed from the ground up. The landscaping around the transfer stations will tie the site together and bring a more polished look to the work being done.
Admin Building Near Completion
The administrative building is now very close to completion. Inside, final touches are being added, while outside, landscaping work has begun. Trees, plants, and decorative features are transforming the entry into a welcoming and professional environment.
Once completed, the admin offices will serve as a central hub for operations, providing employees and leadership with a modern, functional workspace. The finishing touches on this part of the project mark a major step toward our overall move-in timeline.
Warehouse Offices Taking Shape
Construction has also begun on the warehouse offices, signaling another exciting step in the project. These offices are designed to be functional, practical, and connected directly to the flow of warehouse operations. With both administrative and warehouse office spaces in progress, the Sealy site is coming together quickly.
Bringing the office spaces online will ensure that when we officially move in, teams will be ready to hit the ground running. This dual focus on functionality and aesthetics is what makes the Sealy expansion such an important part of our future.

As we finish drainage, expand landscaping, and move closer to completing both administrative and warehouse offices, the Sealy project is clearly on track.
